The Role
We are seeking an exceptionally capable Executive Business Partner to work
with our COO! Paramount to this role will be ensuring the COO's time is
optimised and they can lead effectively within the GDM. You'll work closely
with the COO and other members of the Office of the COO (OCOO) to ensure
seamless coordination and execution of their strategic focus areas.
Key responsibilities:
Proactively manage the COO's complex schedule, with oversight of the
Administrative Business Partner, to ensure priorities are reflected,
scheduling conflicts are minimised, and travel is highly efficient.
Build and maintain a trusted working relationship with the COO, alongside
building effective relationships with their team.
Act as the “gateway” and point of contact for the COO, to help maintain
strong connections with ExCo, Board leads, and others, encouraging
collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Support key meetings; circulating agendas, capturing notes and ensuring
actions are complete.
Project management in partnership w/ OCOO & wider teams.
Skilled communicator; partner with teams on content preparation for
internal comms & external engagement.
Support operational tasks and processes for OCOO; suggesting ideas for
continuous improvement and performing meeting analysis to ensure the COO's
time is being used effectively.
Represent GDM and the COO in a positive light through great follow-through
skills and sound judgement.
Have a good understanding of COO/GDM work and priorities and how they
connect back to the company mission.
Travel with the COO as and when required.

About You

You will have extensive experience working in an executive assistant role
supporting C-level executives / HNWIs.
You are comfortable with ambiguity and you anticipate problems with care.

appropriate next steps and problem solve.

most of all passionate about supporting and enabling the COO.
You will have experience leading and developing high performing teams.

accuracy, taking initiative to deliver exceptional outcomes.
You are naturally curious; you ask questions to build knowledge and are
